The Adega Cooperativa de Cadaval makes their wines from grapes in vineyards that cover the sunny slopes of the Sierra Montejunto and, in gentle slope through the valley.
Founded by a group of growers of the county has its Statute approved by charter of 17/12/63.
The Adega Cooperativa de Cadaval restricts its area of influence to the parishes of Cadaval, Lamas, Vilar, Pero-Moniz, Red, Peral Cercal and the county itself, which may extend to the counties Bombarral of, Alenquer and Torres Vedras.
It has a storage capacity of 325 000 hl of wine.
The number of its members has increased over the years, currently has 1,520 of which 650 deliver their grapes that, in the last year, totaling 7,191 tons.
