Beltico Group

The Beltico Group’s mission in Continental Europe and Brazil is the development and management of resorts and properties as long-term investments.

The Group’s real estate programme was initiated in the early 1980s. As well as building and selling individual properties, the Group retains control of resort services and management as part of its long-term investment and involvement in the future of each development.

In Portugal the Group owns all the companies that provide comprehensive management services for the whole Praia D’El Rey estate. These include the construction management of the resort's building programme, managing property rentals on behalf of owners, and the general maintenance of the estate, which also encompasses cleaning and security.

The Group also maintains and manages all recreational facilities such as pools, gardens, tennis, football and golf on Praia D’El Rey Golf & Brach Resort.
The Beltico Group owns its own construction, maintenance, resort services and rental companies, providing a continuity and commitment that marks it out from many other property developers.
